These Terms and Conditions ('Agreement') govern your access to and use of the tk00 platform, including all betting, casino, and gaming services offered through our website at https://tk00.pro. This Agreement forms a legally binding contract between you (the 'Player') and tk00 ('the Platform'). 2. Account Registration & Security

Each player is entitled to register only one account on tk00. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in forfeiture of all balances and permanent suspension. When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information.

Account Verification (KYC)

tk00 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a valid national ID (NID), passport, or driving licence, and proof of ownership for any payment method used. Accounts where KYC has not been completed may have withdrawals restricted until verification is successfully submitted and reviewed.

Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials. tk00 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to secure your password. You agree to notify tk00 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised activity on your account. The following actions are prohibited:

• Sharing your account credentials with any third party, or allowing another person to access your account.
• Using automated scripts, bots, or software tools to place bets or manipulate gameplay outcomes.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise tamper with the platform's software, systems, or databases.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

Welcome Bonus Terms

tk00's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your tk00 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

9. Amendments to Terms

tk00 reserves the right to amend, revise, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the Effective Date shown at the top of this page.
